We are delighted to congratulate Andrew Richardson on his well-deserved promotion to the role of Associate Director. Andrew’s journey with Princebuild began in 2014, marking the start of a path defined by dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
He started his career as an Assistant Project Manager after earning his BSc Hons in Architectural and Environmental Design. Progressing through roles such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and most recently, Executive Manager, Andrew has played a pivotal role in realising Princebuild’s overarching vision.
Andrew’s impact extends far beyond successful project management. His leadership has been instrumental in overseeing some of the company’s most substantial and intricate projects, including the Grand Central Station entrance in Birmingham, Centre MK’s H&M landlord enabling works, and the ongoing redevelopment of the former John Lewis at Watford Atria.
Andrew’s involvement in the redevelopment of our Northampton site showcases his versatility and hands-on approach to company projects. Beyond his project-focused contributions, Andrew has served as a support system for his team and colleagues, actively participating in the Health & Safety Committee and fulfilling the crucial role of a Mental Health First Aider.
Elevated to Senior Project Manager in 2021, Andrew has consistently demonstrated leadership and delivered outstanding results. His strategic collaboration with the Directors to secure planning permission for our Market Rasen site is a testament to his forward-thinking approach and significant contribution to the company’s growth.
Here’s to Andrew’s continued success and the bright future that lies ahead!
