Last month marks a milestone for one of our long-serving team members, Steve Gascoigne, who is celebrating 15 years of dedicated service with the company.
Steve began his journey in our Building Services division, where he spent an impressive 11 years specialising in plumbing and heating. During that time, he built a reputation for his reliability, technical skill, and commitment to getting the job done right.
Four years ago, moved over to the Works Department at our Gosberton office. Since then, he has continued to grow professionally, becoming a multidisciplined worker who can turn his hand to a wide variety of tasks across the department.
Always keen to maintain and update his skills further, Steve recently passed his gas re-accreditation assessment, something Heating Engineers have to renew every five years, a great achievement.
Steve’s 15 years with the business is a testament to his hard work, adaptability, and willingness to continually learn and improve.
