Overview

We successfully delivered a refurbishment of Greville House, a Care UK facility, enhancing both resident and staff environments. The refurbishment focused on improving key areas of the home while ensuring minimal disruption to residents. With 66 bedrooms in total, the work was strategically phased, refurbishing four rooms at a time to maintain the smooth operation of the care home.

Scope of Work

The refurbishment included various essential upgrades to enhance functionality and aesthetics:

• Room Upgrades: Stripping out and refurbishing rooms in phases to minimise disruption.
• Kitchen Renovations: Installation of new kitchens on the ground and first floors, including lower-level worktops designed for disabled users.
• Dining Area: Complete refurbishment to create a more modern and comfortable space for residents.
• New Hairdressing Salon: Fitted with a rise-and-fall sink for accessibility and ease of use.
• Stairwells: New carpets and full decoration to refresh high-traffic areas.
• External Works: Addressing tree root issues and constructing a new, safer pathway to improve accessibility.
